Beckenham C.C. proposes to build 2 squash courts
1936 Squash courts open
1936, February First team match, away to Hampstead C.C.   2-3 Loss
1936, February Official court opening. Beat Hampstead 3-2.
1937 First Pattisson Handicap Squash Cup
1937 Entry to the Cumberland Cup inter-club competition
1939-1949 Closed. Courts requisitioned as "small bore" shooting range
1949, December Re-opening of the courts.
1956 Entry to the London League for team squash.
1956 Squash membership costs £3. 3s 0p
1959 Winners of Division 1, London League
1967 New pavilion opens
1973, March 2 new squash courts open.
1975 Club member Barry O'Connor records the Worlds longest squash
match in the British Amateur Championships, 2 hours 35 minutes
1975, April Beckenham wins the Banbury Trophy, the leading national club
competition in England.
1976,79 Beckenham win the Cumberland Cup, thus becoming London's
leading club team
1973,75,79, 81 Beckenham win the Cornwallis Cup, Kent's premier club competition.
1978, 83 Winners Kentish Times/Cosmos competition
1980, 84 Winners Ladies Kentish Times/Cosmos
1987/88, 90, 91/92 Division 1 winners Cumberland Cup
1980 Guy Morgan wins an "unbeateable" 13th Club Championship.
1981, 92, 99, 2000 Winners, Division 1, Priory Cup
